The DVLA have wide ranging authority to make enquiries into the physical and mental health of a driver, or revoke a driver’s license. In a fixed fee appointment we can advise you on your prospects of challenging the DVLA decision and the kind of evidence you need to present to retain your license.

We offer a fixed fee deal with one of our road traffic team which includes an appointment (up to an hour) and then a follow-up plan advising you on what evidence you should gather for your hearing and how to present your case to the Magistrates.  The current fee for this is £350 + VAT.
