Meet the Road Traffic legal team
The police have a variety of statutory powers and procedures to deploy in dealing with motorists they suspect are under the influence of drink or drugs. There are a lot of myths and misinformation about this area of law. If you are ever charged with a drink/drug driving offence our legal advice before you go to court will ensure you get a realistic view of the evidence and your prospects of acquittal. We regularly instruct experts to assist us defending cases. This might include an expert undertake BAC calculations to determine the amount of alcohol in the driver’s system. Recently we successfully persuaded the CPS to drop a fail to provide charge against a client which was undoubtedly influenced by the medical evidence from an expert we had instructed.
We offer a fixed fee deal with one of our road traffic team which includes an appointment (up to an hour) and then a follow-up plan advising you on what evidence you should gather for your hearing and how to present your case to the Magistrates. The current fee for this is £350 + VAT.

The quality of work and service was excellent, Michelle is on the ball and responsive to emails, she pushed the other side and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step.
