James joined Shentons in April 2025 with over 20 years of senior experience in administration, HR, and practice management roles. He’s known for his flexible approach to people management, sharp financial acumen, and willingness to tackle any task - big or small.

He’s successfully handled two complex Employment Tribunals for previous employers, both resulting in favourable outcomes. James is currently working towards his CIPD Level 5 in People Management.

James enjoys being part of a locally focused firm with a results-driven culture and a strong emphasis on customer service, values that have kept Shentons thriving for over 200 years.
