At Shentons Solicitors, we understand that the services we provide, whether through a will or estate administration, are deeply personal. That’s why our Wills and Probate Team is committed to providing clear, compassionate, and expert guidance every step of the way.
We continually invest in our professional development to ensure our advice reflects the latest standards and best practices. As part of this commitment, Shentons is accredited by the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) and follows the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioner’s (STEP) Code for Will Preparation. The purpose is to ensure that you receive the highest standard of advice and client care.
What you can expect from us:
Three of our team are Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) which is a specialist post graduate qualification provided by STEP. Our Head of Department, Elisabeth Pollard, is a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, providing the highest standard in supporting vulnerable and older people with legal advice.
At Solicitors we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This means we have to comply with regulated professional standards and hold insurance. So, not only are we highly trained, but you and the advice we give, are also protected.
