Meet the Crime legal team
These cases involve someone’s testimony as the key piece of evidence, very often without anything to corroborate the account. This does not mean that the case falls apart, you can be convicted on this alone. It is up to your legal team to construct an alternative ‘picture’ of what happened. This can involve finding witnesses, visiting the alleged scene of the crime, examining phone/email data, etc – the possibilities are endless and unique to each case. Although you do not have to ‘prove’ your innocence, the reality is that your case will be much stronger if we can find things to challenge the Prosecution’s narrative. We specialise in doing exactly this.
Sexual offences can include allegations of Rape, Sexual Assault, Sexual communication with a child, Inciting a sexual offence, Illegal pornography, amongst others. A conviction for any of these offences can carry a prison sentence as well as a requirement to be on the ‘Sex Offender Register’.
