What you will be doing?
- Managing a mixed caseload of family matters
- Working with our fun and passionate team to develop the department
- Running cases from the first meeting to the final hearing
- Working towards realistic and achievable targets
What skills and attributes do you need?
- Technical competence
- 2-5 years fee earning experience
- Good client manner
- Commitment to teamwork
- Dedication to excellent service
- IT Skills including Microsoft Office
- Initiative and Ambition
Shentons have a legal aid contract for family work and so experience in this type of work is desirable, but not essential. Any experience in mediation is also welcome.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
