Methodical, Caroline is a trained book keeper who is Shenton’s cashier and IT systems manager. She has been ably managing this role for over 25 years, ensuring that this vital business role is handled professionally.

As one of Shentons longest serving members of staff, Caroline knows that IT and Finance systems need to operate smoothly; this allows other team members to focus on meeting clients’ needs without being frustrated by “behind the scenes” systems and processes.
