Will speeding motorists really be fined £10,000?

In theory, fines of £10,000 could be applied to a speeding offence but, since fines are linked to income, the proposed changes are unlikely to make any difference in practice. Barrister Andrew Keogh has further details here: https://andrewkeogh.co.uk/will-speeding-motorists-really-be-fined-10000/
