Jayne is a member of Resolution and the Law Society Family Panel.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law but specialises in resolving more complex and high net worth financial cases for clients going through divorce and separation.
As well as being a litigator Jayne is a committed collaborative family lawyer helping clients resolve problems with their partners without having to go through the court process.
The following link will take you to a short film which explains the collaborative process in more detail
Jayne is a Law Society accredited mediator and member of the Family Mediation Council and is qualified to conduct Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings ( MIAMs)
She accepts mediation referrals from solicitors on behalf of their clients and also directly from couples.
Mediation and the collaborative process can be used to resolve a wide range of family issues from settling the terms of pre-marriage and cohabitation agreements to helping clients resolve arrangements for their children and settling financial matters following separation and divorce.
“Doing mediation was one of the hardest things I have done but I would like to thank you for your help and impartiality in a very difficult situation. We are now divorced and hopefully can get on with the rest of our lives”
