Rachael graduated from University in 2006 . She joined Shentons in February 2008 as a Legal Assistant in the Family Department. Rachael then completed the Legal Practice Course and Training Contract and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2012.
After training in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Probate and Civil Litigation, Rachael currently works in the Litigation Department concentrating mainly on Landlord and Tenant Law. This includes possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour injunctions, housing disrepair, co-habitee disputes, illegal evictions and homelessness. Rachael has substantial experience in dealing with publicly funded clients through the Legal Help and Legal Aid schemes.
