Melanie is a legal assistant in the Probate Department, dealing with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.
Melanie is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is a member of STEP (Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners). She has extensive experience in dealing with elderly clients and has a particular interest in Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders.
She is married and has lived in Winchester for the last 28 years.
