Shentons is a founder member of the Hampshire Mediation Group (HMG) and Shentons Mediation Services which comprises solicitors and counsellors who are trained in mediation and have extensive experience in family work.  The firm is a member of Resolution which has a Code of Practice which encourages a constructive and conciliatory approach to resolving legal problems arising in families. Additionally the firm is able to offer civil, employment, and commercial mediation through its CEDR accredited mediator.

Shentons has achieved a Quality Mark from the Legal Services Commission (LSC) and undertakes publicly funded work in Family, Mediation, Crime and Housing at the specialist help level.
